Each Liselle Kiss American Heirloom Handbag is commissioned as a made-to-order work of functional art, created specifically for its collector. To ensure confidence in your decision, we offer a 72-hour cancellation window from the time your commission is placed. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, please email concierge@lisellekiss.com, and our Concierge Team will assist you.

After the 72-hour cancellation period has ended, production planning and artisan scheduling begin. Because every piece is individually commissioned and crafted exclusively for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded beyond this timeframe.
